Food Stamps (SNAP)
Benefit:
- Participants receive a plastic card that works like a debit card
Eligibility:
- Over 60 years old
- Please contact AZ DES or SC CAN for current monthly gross income level eligibility requirements.
Medicare Savings Program
Benefit:
- Free Medicare — receive Medicare without paying the Plan B monthly premium, which is automatically deducted from most Social Security checks.
Eligibility:
- Please contact SC CAN for current monthly gross income level eligibility requirements.
- There is no restriction on ownership of house, car or other resources
